Ovaj dokument je razvijen u okviru projekta ORIENT \u2013 Young explorers re-discover local communities through orienteering (622532-EPP-1-2020-1-IT-SPO-SCP), 30-mjese\u010dnog projekta koji sufinansira Erasmus+ SPORT program Evropske Unije.<\/span><\/p>\n ORIENT proizlazi iz ideje o okupljanju mladih ljudi iz razli\u010ditih sredina kroz odre\u0111eni osnovni sport: orijentiring. Projekat ima za cilj unapre\u0111enje socijalne uklju\u010denosti i ja\u010danje kapaciteta i izgradnje zajednice stvaranjem mogu\u0107nosti za mlade ljude iz razli\u010ditih dru\u0161tvenih i kulturnih grupa da se dru\u017ee i razviju nove vje\u0161tine.<\/span><\/p>\n Pristup ORIENT-a je da okupi veliki broj u<\/span>\u010desnika, ja\u010daju\u0107i saradnju me\u0111u interesnim stranama, odnosno sportskim trenerima i predstavnicima organizacija civilnog dru\u0161tva. Ovaj pristup \u0107e opremiti sportske trenere i radnike OCD-a inovativnim metodama za poticanje u\u010de\u0161\u0107a ranjivih mladih ljudi u sportskim aktivnostima na nivou zajednice. Kroz praksu aktivnosti na otvorenom, mladi \u0107e se potaknuti da razmi\u0161ljaju o pitanjima socijalne uklju\u010denosti dok otkrivaju urbane i prirodne lokalne kontekste.<\/span><\/p>\n Kurikulum ORIENT-a je namijenjen da bude alat za u\u010denje za trenere kako bi integrirali orijentiring u svoje prakse s mladima i organizirali orijentacijske aktivnosti radi pobolj\u0161anja dru\u0161tvene uklju\u010denosti i kohezije me\u0111u razli\u010ditim dru\u0161tvenim i kulturnim grupama mladih koji su u opasnosti od socijalne isklju\u010denosti. Kurikulum ORIENT predstavlja glavni materijal za obuku sportskih trenera i radnika OCD-a od kojih \u0107e u\u010diti i na koji \u0107e se pozivati u implementaciji aktivnosti mapiranja Iz tog razloga, ORIENT kurikulum je vrlo svestran i lako se prenosi u nove kontekste.<\/p>\n Kako bi ih pripremio i upoznao sa realizacijom orijentiring aktivnosti, kurikulum usvaja pristup u\u010denju kroz rad i iskustveno u\u010denje, omogu\u0107avaju\u0107i sportskim trenerima i radnicima OCD-a da steknu direktno iskustvo orijentiringa prije nego \u0161to ga primjene kod mladih.<\/p>\n Kurikulum ORIENT je drugi rezultat projekta ORIENT. Nadalje, partnerske organizacije konzorcijuma ORIENT \u0107e iskoristiti ovaj resurs, stje\u010du\u0107i inovativne pristupe za podr\u0161ku uklju\u010divanju lokalnih mladih ljudi, te se na taj The project aims to enhance social inclusion and foster capacity and community building by creating opportunities for young people from different social and cultural groups to socialize and develop new skills.<\/span>\n\nORIENT adopts a multi-stakeholder approach, boosting cooperation among stakeholders, namely sports trainers and representatives from civil societies organisations. This approach will equip sports trainers\u2019 and CSO\u2019s workers with innovative methods to encourage the participation of vulnerable young people in sports activities at the community level. Through the practice of outdoor activities, young people will be encouraged to reflect on social inclusion issues while discovering urban and natural local contexts. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is intended to be a learning tool for trainers to integrate orienteering into their practices with young people and organise orienteering activities to enhance social inclusion and cohesion among different social and cultural groups of youngsters at risk of social exclusion. For this reason, the ORIENT Curriculum is highly versatile and is easily transferable to new contexts.<\/span>\n\nIn order to prepare them and make them familiar with the realisation of orienteering activities, the Curriculum adopts a learning by doing and experiential learning approach, allowing sport trainers and CSOs workers to make a direct experience of orienteering before applying it with young people. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is the second intellectual output of the ORIENT project. The project aims to enhance social inclusion and foster capacity and community building by creating opportunities for young people from different social and cultural groups to socialize and develop new skills.<\/span>\n\nORIENT adopts a multi-stakeholder approach, boosting cooperation among stakeholders, namely sports trainers and representatives from civil societies organisations. This approach will equip sports trainers\u2019 and CSO\u2019s workers with innovative methods to encourage the participation of vulnerable young people in sports activities at the community level. Through the practice of outdoor activities, young people will be encouraged to reflect on social inclusion issues while discovering urban and natural local contexts. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is intended to be a learning tool for trainers to integrate orienteering into their practices with young people and organise orienteering activities to enhance social inclusion and cohesion among different social and cultural groups of youngsters at risk of social exclusion. For this reason, the ORIENT Curriculum is highly versatile and is easily transferable to new contexts.<\/span>\n\nIn order to prepare them and make them familiar with the realisation of orienteering activities, the Curriculum adopts a learning by doing and experiential learning approach, allowing sport trainers and CSOs workers to make a direct experience of orienteering before applying it with young people. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is the second intellectual output of the ORIENT project.
