Das vorliegende Dokument wurde im Rahmen des Projekts ORIENT \u2013 Young explorers re-discover local communities through orienteering (622532-EPP-1-2020-1-IT-SPO-SCP) entwickelt, einem 30-monatigen Projekt, das durch das Programm Erasmus + SPORT der Europ\u00e4ischen Union kofinanziert wird.<\/p>\n
ORIENT basiert auf der Idee, junge Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund durch einen bestimmten Breitensport zusammenzubringen: den Orientierungslauf. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die soziale Eingliederung zu verbessern und den Aufbau von Kapazit\u00e4ten und Gemeinschaften zu f\u00f6rdern, indem es jungen Menschen aus verschiedenen sozialen und kulturellen Gruppen die M\u00f6glichkeit gibt, Kontakte zu kn\u00fcpfen und neue F\u00e4higkeiten zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n
ORIENT verfolgt einen Multi-Stakeholder-Ansatz, der die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Akteuren, d. h. Sporttrainer*innen und Vertreter*innen von Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft, f\u00f6rdert. Dieser Ansatz wird den Sporttrainer*innen und den Mitarbeiter*innen von zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen innovative Methoden an die Hand geben, um die Teilnahme gef\u00e4hrdeter Jugendlicher an sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten auf Gemeindeebene zu f\u00f6rdern. Durch die Aus\u00fcbung von Outdoor-Aktivit\u00e4ten werden junge Menschen ermutigt, \u00fcber Fragen der sozialen Inklusion nachzudenken, w\u00e4hrend sie st\u00e4dtische und nat\u00fcrliche lokale Kontexte entdecken.<\/p>\n
Der ORIENT-Lehrplan ist als Lernwerkzeug f\u00fcr Trainer*nnen gedacht, um Orientierungslauf in ihre Arbeit mit jungen Menschen zu integrieren und Orientierungslaufaktivit\u00e4ten zu organisieren, um soziale Inklusion und den Zusammenhalt zwischen verschiedenen sozialen und kulturellen Gruppen von Jugendlichen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, zu verbessern. Der ORIENT-Lehrplan stellt das wichtigste Schulungsmaterial f\u00fcr Sporttrainer*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen von zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen dar, aus dem sie lernen und auf das sie sich bei der Durchf\u00fchrung von Orientierungslauf-Kartierungsaktivit\u00e4ten beziehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Aus diesem Grund ist der ORIENT-Lehrplan sehr vielseitig und l\u00e4sst sich leicht auf neue Kontexte \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n Um sie vorzubereiten und mit der Durchf\u00fchrung von Orientierungslaufaktivit\u00e4ten vertraut zu machen, verfolgt das Curriculum einen Ansatz des \u201eLearning by Doing\u201c und des Erfahrungslernens, der es Sporttrainer*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen von zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen erm\u00f6glicht, direkte Erfahrungen mit dem Orientierungslauf zu machen, bevor sie ihn mit jungen Menschen durchf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n Der ORIENT-Lehrplan ist das zweite \u201cintellectual putput\u201c des ORIENT-Projekts. The project aims to enhance social inclusion and foster capacity and community building by creating opportunities for young people from different social and cultural groups to socialize and develop new skills.<\/span>\n\nORIENT adopts a multi-stakeholder approach, boosting cooperation among stakeholders, namely sports trainers and representatives from civil societies organisations. This approach will equip sports trainers\u2019 and CSO\u2019s workers with innovative methods to encourage the participation of vulnerable young people in sports activities at the community level. Through the practice of outdoor activities, young people will be encouraged to reflect on social inclusion issues while discovering urban and natural local contexts. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is intended to be a learning tool for trainers to integrate orienteering into their practices with young people and organise orienteering activities to enhance social inclusion and cohesion among different social and cultural groups of youngsters at risk of social exclusion. For this reason, the ORIENT Curriculum is highly versatile and is easily transferable to new contexts.<\/span>\n\nIn order to prepare them and make them familiar with the realisation of orienteering activities, the Curriculum adopts a learning by doing and experiential learning approach, allowing sport trainers and CSOs workers to make a direct experience of orienteering before applying it with young people. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is the second intellectual output of the ORIENT project. The project aims to enhance social inclusion and foster capacity and community building by creating opportunities for young people from different social and cultural groups to socialize and develop new skills.<\/span>\n\nORIENT adopts a multi-stakeholder approach, boosting cooperation among stakeholders, namely sports trainers and representatives from civil societies organisations. This approach will equip sports trainers\u2019 and CSO\u2019s workers with innovative methods to encourage the participation of vulnerable young people in sports activities at the community level. For this reason, the ORIENT Curriculum is highly versatile and is easily transferable to new contexts.<\/span>\n\nIn order to prepare them and make them familiar with the realisation of orienteering activities, the Curriculum adopts a learning by doing and experiential learning approach, allowing sport trainers and CSOs workers to make a direct experience of orienteering before applying it with young people. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is the second intellectual output of the ORIENT project.
