Il presente documento \u00e8 stato redatto nell\u2019ambito di ORIENT \u2013 Young explorers re-discover local communities through orienteering (622532-EPP-1-2020-1-IT-SPO-SCP), un progetto della durata di 30 mesi finanziato dal programma Erasmus + SPORT dell\u2019Unione europea.<\/p>\n
ORIENT nasce dall\u2019idea di mettere assieme giovani provenienti da contesti e background<\/em> differenti attraverso la pratica di uno sport dal basso: l\u2019orienteering. Il progetto mira a promuovere l\u2019inclusione sociale e a creare un senso di comunit\u00e0 dando alle e ai giovani di diversa estrazione sociale l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di socializzare e acquisire nuove competenze.<\/p>\n ORIENT adotta un approccio inter-agenzia, incentivando la collaborazione fra diversi stakeholder<\/em>, quali allenatrici, allenatori ed esponenti delle organizzazioni della societ\u00e0 civile. Tale approccio fornir\u00e0 a queste due figure professionali metodi innovativi atti a incoraggiare la partecipazione di giovani vulnerabili ad attivit\u00e0 sportive all\u2019interno della comunit\u00e0. Attraverso le attivit\u00e0 all\u2019aria aperta, i gruppi di giovani saranno incoraggiati a riflettere sui temi dell\u2019inclusione sociale mentre andranno alla scoperta del tessuto urbano e dell\u2019ambiente naturale.<\/p>\n Il programma formativo di ORIENT intende essere uno strumento volto ad integrare l\u2019orienteering <\/em>nelle attivit\u00e0 che allenatrici e allenatori svolgono insieme ai giovani allo scopo di promuovere l\u2019inclusione e la coesione sociale. Il materiale qui proposto costituisce la base del percorso di formazione di tali professionisti e su cui dovr\u00e0 basarsi lo svolgimento delle attivit\u00e0 di orienteering <\/em>e creazione delle Per questa ragione, il programma \u00e8 stato concepito in maniera versatile ed \u00e8 facilmente adattabile a nuovi contesti.<\/p>\n Al fine di preparare e aiutare questi soggetti a familiarizzare con le attivit\u00e0 di orienteering, il programma ricorre a un approccio pratico ed esperienziale allo scopo di permettere a chi segue il corso di sperimentare in prima persona tali attivit\u00e0 prima di proporle a ragazze e ragazzi.<\/p>\n Il programma costituisce il secondo prodotto del progetto ORIENT. Inoltre, le organizzazioni partner di ORIENT potranno servirsi di queste risorse, facendo propri approcci innovativi allo scopo di supportare l\u2019inclusione dei giovani e, quindi, avvicinarsi alla The project aims to enhance social inclusion and foster capacity and community building by creating opportunities for young people from different social and cultural groups to socialize and develop new skills.<\/span>\n\nORIENT adopts a multi-stakeholder approach, boosting cooperation among stakeholders, namely sports trainers and representatives from civil societies organisations. This approach will equip sports trainers\u2019 and CSO\u2019s workers with innovative methods to encourage the participation of vulnerable young people in sports activities at the community level. Through the practice of outdoor activities, young people will be encouraged to reflect on social inclusion issues while discovering urban and natural local contexts. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is intended to be a learning tool for trainers to integrate orienteering into their practices with young people and organise orienteering activities to enhance social inclusion and cohesion among different social and cultural groups of youngsters at risk of social exclusion. For this reason, the ORIENT Curriculum is highly versatile and is easily transferable to new contexts.<\/span>\n\nIn order to prepare them and make them familiar with the realisation of orienteering activities, the Curriculum adopts a learning by doing and experiential learning approach, allowing sport trainers and CSOs workers to make a direct experience of orienteering before applying it with young people. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is the second intellectual output of the ORIENT project. For this reason, the ORIENT Curriculum is highly versatile and is easily transferable to new contexts.<\/span>\n\nIn order to prepare them and make them familiar with the realisation of orienteering activities, the Curriculum adopts a learning by doing and experiential learning approach, allowing sport trainers and CSOs workers to make a direct experience of orienteering before applying it with young people. <\/span>\n\nThe ORIENT Curriculum is the second intellectual output of the ORIENT project.
